I had this song in my MP3 for a while now and today as I was cleaning my house. I actually heard the whole song. Wow where did this come from. So I stopped my cleaning and just sat in front of my computer listening to it over and over again and one phrase of this song caught my ears and gave me the comfort in my heart and a smile on my face thinking of it.
“CAPTAIN OF MY SEA”
The world I’m living in is my sea and the Lord the Lord is the CAPTAIN. When there is a storm I don’t have to worry about drowning cuz I have a smart, calm, loving, patient Lord who I can hide behind in the storm as my CAPTAIN. Just imaging Him holding me and saying “it is ok ceci I will guide you through this storm”. That brought the comfort that I am needing and knowing I have the comfort from HIM ( My CAPTAIN ) brought me a smile on my face.
